I really got into this one! I actually hate rain more than snow - just can't stand being wet. I can even handle cold weather - as long as it's not windy. So for me, the yuckiest weather day is a cold, gray, windy, rainy one. I know there's a lot going on in this card, but I think I got the aforementioned weather conditions down
The swirls in Versamark are the wind blowing the leaves around. I put Crystal Effects on the raindrops. It's hard to see in the picture, but I used a silver gel pen along the tops of the clouds. The girl, dog, clouds and sun are all fussy-cut.

Wow, you really touched on all the baddy type weather! I really like that you have the sun there above the clouds! Good choice for the swirling wind and raindrops. You rocked this! tfs
