Slow off the mark as usual but here is my first card for the Hope You Can Cling To October challenge. We were to make a card depicting our least favourite weather. I hate the damp and so I have mushrooms on my card. They grow well in the fall in the damp weather.

What a great way to indicate the damp. I am always amazed in the creative thinking that some people have and how they are able to bring it to life on their cards and this is one that is completely out of the box yet reading the description it is perfect. Very beautifully done on this card. Thank you for supporting HYCCT!
What a fabulous idea!!!! I hate the hot humidity too even though I like rain! It's been so humid all summer that our AC can't seem to keep up. Terrific image to depict your least favorite weather. Love the gorgeous papers!

Clever take on the challenge! And this makes such a sweet card! Your papers and image work so well together!

Love it! My sister lives back East near a town that grows mushrooms and let's say they have a unique aroma. But it has to be dark and damp for them to grow, so this is a pretty clever way to express what you do not like. It's a great card with beautiful details. Thank you for joining us. Just keep a pace that works for you and enjoy the journey with us.

Oh this is such a great way to show the damp weather. Never thought of it but I should have. We got some really stinky mushrooms growing this year due to the hot and humid weather! Never had them before!
