With the help of my sister and two of my teenage grandchildren, we made 150 of these wedding invitations for the daughter of a dear friend. Lots of handwork on these, including many distressed edges on the layers, fussy-cutting of all the hearts. The mom wanted the invitation to be organized; and the daughter wanted to have the invitation itself in a lace pocket. The invites just went out in the mail (we added a silver embossed swirly edge to the mailer to fancy it up a bit); and yesterday at the bridal shower, the invitations received a standing ovation.

Exquisite! Absolutely gorgeous perfection, ready for the Hall of Fame. What a blessing to the bride and groom and all who receive an invitation. Thank you for posting your labor of love so we can all be awed by it!
