The Free 4 All challenge is about hopeful change. Flower seeds change from something not so pretty and noticeable to beautiful flowers. Rain waters the flowers, after the rain comes sunshine and a pretty blue sky, like the one behind my flowers.
My background was made using Ken Oliver Color Burst. I white embossed my flowers over the color burst bg.
This card is also for Classy Cards N Such blog.

Glad to see the wonderful results you are getting with the color bursts - this is probably going to be my favorite, as I love the way the blue came out for your awesome background. Embossing the flowers and butterfly with the white, and adding the gems in the corners really kicked this up a couple more notches - beautiful card, Shirley!!

That blue bg with the white embossed flowers is so powerful. It just pops out of the gallery. The blue bg is gorgeous with the subtle lights and dark areas. The bling in the corners is just perfect.
