It's beautiful, and I love your amazing flowers (what great dimension you've achieved with them)! And what a happy card with the beautiful DP and lots of color! It really does make me smile! The rainbow of polka dots look awesome on this! 3-D flowers are gorgeous, something I have no patience for! What a wonderful, cheerful design!
