Happy Congratulations Wedding Card

This one-layer CAS card was inspired by a wedding I just went to, where the bride had chosen a purple/blue theme with gorgeous, glowing paper lanterns all around the room. So beautiful! When I got home, I just had to pull out the Happy Congratulations set and make this card. Lots of masking and sponging on this one.
