I was thinking about something quick and easy to do with wax...I've never had much luck with the rubbed crayon resist, but I thought if I waxed the ef (and I know, yes, it's going to be a bear to clean!!), it would make a debossed resist. And it does. I used some grey and yellow Brusho on it. I reverse masked the bird (I think I fatally drowned my reverse mask which amazingly I managed to find) and used more Brusho on him, then masked him, stamped Weathered in Peeled Paint and sponged the background. I used a green marker to edge both panels, popped the bird up on foam tape and added the whole thing to a scored base.

This is certainly a beauty, Sabrina, and worth any clean up you may have. Your scored base just sent it over the top.

This is absolutely beautiful! I am not sure I followed what you did but the results are lovely! Great frame, too.
