What a hard time I had with this card! I messed up 4 others before I changed to the coneflower. I wanted to participate in the Serendipity Stamp Challenge- Monochrome so I googled monochromatic images and found a beautiful one that went from white to yellow to browns. I tried to reflect those colors in this image. I stamped and colored the entire image but just wanted a little square for the middle block. It is hard to see but I stickled the flower to give it a little pop. I am entering this card into the following challenges.

This is really so beautiful. The layout and that wonderful image are quite lovely. Thank you so much for taking time to post your very creative art with us this week at Word Art Wednesday, on our 193rd challenge.
Blessings and Hugs, Carole
All your hard work paid off Amy because this card is stunning! Coneflowers are one of my favorites - I have lots of them in my garden and I love how the little finches perch on them and eat the seeds this time of year. Everything about your card is just beautiful - and monochrome! Thanks for joining us at the Serendipity Stamps Challenge blog!

You used one of my favorite dies and one of my favorite SS images! I love all the patterns going on, everything is nicely balanced and the coneflower is stunning!
