Camp card! But not for my girls. This card will go to another girl from their assembly. She is the Grand Worthy Advisor and her theme is sailing along with Massachusetts Rainbow. Her symbols include an anchor, a sailboat and a pineapple. I use today's CC540 challenge colors of Tempting Turquoise, Smoky Slate and Crushed Curry. No dessert, it's not a birthday card, no cake for me!
I had substitutions galore. Summer Sun & Going Gray paper and a non SU Turquoise marker as well as a Daffodil Delight one.
I used the larger size card format to help the proportion of the girl to the boat. I changed the colors, card shape & used the Cricut machine to make the boat. Boat was cut at 5 1/4" dial size with the Going Places cartridge.

A terrific personalized card for your daughter's friend. She will certainly recognize the special symbols that you included. The compass DP makes a wonderful bg for your sailor and sailboat.
