This card was inspired by four different challenges:
Merry Monday - Penguins
AAA Cards - Starry Night
CAS on Sunday - Embossing
ATS&M - Make Your Mark
(links are on my blog).
I started by placing a star stencil over my card front and pouncing with versamark ink and heat embossing the stars in silver. I sponged over the sky with two shades of blue ink.
I then printed off the image and sentiment. I cut off the sentiment with a wavy line about 1/2" above the printing to create my snow background. I added some sparkle texture effect along the top of it for interest. Once dry I placed it on top of my card front at the bottom.
The two penguins were coloured with Copics and detailing was added (white dots, texture on hat cuffs and pompoms, shine on noses). I fussy cut them and popped them on top.

How darling! Love the sky and the snow and these two totally adorable critters. Fun, fun, fun. Into my faves because it is just so cute and creative. Hugz
