| | Adhere dot DSP to front of card base. I stamped the 3 balloons on white cardstock and then cut them out and arranged them on the card base, but you can stamp and mask if you prefer. Color the border stamp with markers, stamp on white c.s. cut out and mat with Night of Navy c.s.
Add ribbons to card base then add matted border stamp. Stamp sentiment below layered ribbons. Punch gold glimmer dots from gold glimmer paper with circle hand punch. |
