This was a fun decoration to make. The pinwheels are simply 5" squares cut from each corner to 1/2 " from center. I trimmed 1/4" off of every other point, small hole punched in the trimmed points and in the center. Pinwheels are held together with a star brad and attached to wooden stick with hot glue. I hot glued a blue or red star to the back of each pinwheel.
