Thank you, Karen, for some great colors this week that worked for me, especially since we were able to have some dessert! I had half a dessert by using green for my leaves. I "fussy water-colored" this beautiful digital image called (Camellias) and then fussy cut it (and, yes, it was a lot of work - haha!). Since I used watercolor paper, the paper was easy to give it dimension with my Empressor tool on an old mouse pad to shape the back of the flowers and leaves. Then I used some bitty pieces of 3M dimensional tape (with a tweezer) to the backs of the flowers/leaves, added some glue to the branches, and applied my flowers to my background. The background is a decorative die glued to Crisp Cantaloupe and then matted with Basic Grey.
Thanks for taking a closer look, and I hope you like it. It's going to be for one of our DIL's for her birthday coming up later this month. She is a joy to us. Hope you have a great week, and now I need to start another card - I've been behind the last week or two. Stop by my blog for more thoughts and details.

This card was made with a lot of love, and it shows. Love the coloring, and the dimension from the embossing. This is a kind of card you could look at many times, and find different details each time. You really photograph it well....the shadows do show from the raised image. This is one amazing card, Cheryl. Fav'd
