I saw a very pretty card on the Memory Box site, quite some time ago, where they stamped some flowers on the serene bird die cut. I stamped elements of style in white and embossed with detail white ep, then applied cameo coral ink to highlight. The branch was cut from basic gray, some broken china distress ink was applied to the main panel and the leaves stamped in certainly celery. The sentiment was added in cameo coral and I used an accent strip of DP by Basic Grey . The bird and panel were popped up with foam tape.

I can't quite explain my reaction to this card, but looking at it gives me an overwhelming sense of peace. The beautifully embossed and colored bird is amazing, and the rest of the scene--well, it's just wonderful!

Ooooh, LOVING this!! I love bird dies and actually made a bird card myself too (have made others with this die as well). Love the sponging and the embossed flowers on the bird, and the sky and branches done with such a light touch! Jumped right into my favorites...
