I love maps and went looking right away. I found what must have been a brochure from the Apostle Islands from the last time I was there and decided to use it. I stamped the sailboat, lighthouse and sentiment (under the gull) in black right on the brochure. The sentiment almost looks like part of the background, but that's ok. There's no changing it now. The Apostle Islands Lakeshore is a wonderful place to go and reminded me of the four years DH and I took a week long sail around them on a 72' sailboat. A great vacation.
My changes:
Background and all images
No added color
Thanks, Sue, for your great inspiration.

WOW! I would have never guessed this was a map that you stamped! It appears to be designer paper with your carefully positioned images! This one is fabulous, Carol!

Wow! Love your stamping and the beautiful colors. This is really pretty, and I always love a shabby chic old school map card. Makes me want to just get in the car without a care in the world...

I'm with the others that thought that this was some amazingly gorgeous patterned paper - WELL DONE!!! I'm envious of your sailing vacations, too... I'm adding this to my favorites, so thank you for that and thanks so much for making my day!
