This is for Lydia's Dig Deep VSN challenge ~ you can find it HERE.
I decided to try the Glitter Window technique she listed, since it was something I hadn't tried before. I took the "window" literally ;-).
Tree stamped and embossed in white on some dark blue paper and laid behind the window. I discovered that my clear packing tape was so old that effectively it was little more than cellophane ribbon -but luckily the window panes let me strategically place two strips of regular sellotape and use that.
I dressed my window with a valance and curtains using BG Aspen Frost Papers, and added a scrap of wood-stamped paper for the floor, and a RAK of one of the IO cat dies. I used twine for curtain tie-backs. In hindsight I should have added a little dimension to the curtains - too late now! This was fun, I'll definitely try it again - when I know I'm scheduled to vacuum my craft-room floor in the near future.
Join in the VSN fun! There are some great challenges to help you add cards to your stash; you have till 10 pm Eastern on Saturday 14th March to upload.
