This is for the sketch challenge today. I keep telling myself I have to use things I have, so I used flowers that have been in my stash for a long time, using them as the diagonal portion of the sketch. They are glued to the TH embossing folder which is on foam strips and sponged with the brushed corduroy ink. I added the Savannah Border die and the perched reed bird, which is on a foam dot, and the IO small birds, both sponged with the peachy tone inks.
Dies/EF used: MB Perched Reed Bird and Savannah Border; Impression Obsession Small Bird Set; Tim Holtz Brick Wall

Very clever way to interpret the sketch Kia! Those flowers are very pretty and I love that you put them on a brick wall bg. The tiny birds are so cute and the vine as the border panel is perfect. You rocked this challenge!

LOVE your interpretation of the sketch, Kia! The diagonal flowers are beautiful! And I agree with you about trying to use what I have….there's just so much in my stash!

Love your altered take on the sketch, using the flowers to replace the large diagonal panel, Kia. The brick EF provided a wonderful bg and the sweet bird and trailing vine are so pretty.
