This project was created for the Creative Crew 02/15 Holiday Focus challenge. Did you know that March 23rd is National Puppy Day? What a perfect excuse to give the puppies in your life a treat! (Or maybe for those who take care of your puppies?) This tag topper was created using a 4" square piece of card stock, scored at 2" and folded down. The front was simply decorated with a stamp from the Sale-a-bration set Simply Wonderful and the poodle from one of the images in "In This Together".
