 | | I made this for the February Creative Crew challenge here on SCS. The challenge is to use the Best Year Ever paper and Accessories pack from Sale-a-bration. I needed a birthday card so I created this Shaker card. The circle pattern on this particular piece of paper reminds me of balloons!
