I saw all sorts of inspiration and this is sort of a combination of several thoughts as I went through the inspiration boards. I cut the image several times at 1/2- inch decreasing intervals starting with 5.25 and ending with 3.75. I then layered them with the negative cut of the largest one on Rose red CS and cut the smallest one in Rose red using the positive cut of it. I punched a heart from the bitty heart punch and stamped the itty bitty banner, layering it on rose red also. Put the largest positive cut on foam tape but the remainder are glued at the edges with tombo multi glue. Didn't want so much bulk.

This is stunning, Pat. Don't know if you intended it, but all the lovely layering gives the effect of being a butterfly with lacy wings. The design is so effective in the rose red and white.

Pat, this is such a brilliant idea! Love the layered die cuts in intervals, something I would have never thought to do! This looks fabulous in your red and white too!
