The colors on the background were created by inking up a piece of plastic (I used a notebook page protector) with Memento Summer Sky and Lulu Lavender ink, lightly spritz with water and rub onto the glossy cardstock panel.
I then used VersaMark ink and stamped the medallion image and heat embossed with White Fine Detail Embossing Powder.
The Bells and Bow image was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored with Copic markers: C4,3,2,00,0, BV17,13,11, V17,15,12. The white areas were covered with Paper Glaze and Micro Fine Transparent Glitter Golden Glitz was sprinkled on. The tiny Spellbinder pearls were also attached with Paper Glaze.
Once finished the bell image edge was colored with Memento Tuxedo Black marker and it's mounted to the card with foam tape.
