2.CC503 - Karen is our hostess with a color trio of mossy meadow, metallic gold and cherry cobbler.
For my card, I created a Bethlehem village scene using a Lasting Impressions stencil and translucent embossing paste with soft suede reinker. This embossing paste dries with a glossy sheen. On the palm tree I used peeled paint acrylic paint with the embossing paste.
I cut some stars with my metallic gold paper and the joy word with cherry cobbler card stock. Added a mossy meadow frame to complete this card.
Hope you can play along with us this week. You may be our next color challenge fave and have your card featured on our highly viewed and followed Pinterest board. See board here.

Such a wonderful card! I love your use of the embossing paste and the way it adds dimension to your card. The Bethlehem Village is beautiful and serene!

You have certainly outdone yourself with this HYCCT challenge, Mary! Embossing paste in two colors! This scene is so lovely and serene, and the "joy" radiates! Love the specialty gold background paper, too. Thanks for playing in my challenge!
