Due to a terrible family loss, and some health issues, I am extremely behind on the HYCCT challenges. I will not be posting "recipes" but if you see something you like and would like the details, just send me a message and I will get it to you as soon as I am able. Thank you for your understanding and for looking at my creations.
My hero is my brother. He lost his vision after being injured in Iraq. He now hosts a talk show on the radio that is dedicated to helping veterans. The poppies always remind me of soldiers (WWII) and the sentiment fits how I feel about him as well as for this challenge. TFL.

Oh wow! This is a beautiful tribute to your brother. He is definitely a hero! Thank you so much for playing in HYCCT, especially during a difficult time!

Yvette, this is such a wonderful tribute to your brother - we all owe him thanks for his service and what he's sacrificed. I'm a huge fan of clean and simple creations and your poppies are strikingly beautiful against the white bg. Thanks so much for sharing your card and your hero story in this challenge.
