This is for the HYCCT "Tissue I Hardly Even Know You" and the WT502 "Emboss It 2 Ways" challenges. The focal is stamped on tissue with Versafine, which is a pigment ink - forgot it wouldn't dry - after an hour and my heat gun, it was still wet. So I went to plan B and covered it with clear embossing powder. That turned out really well and I was still able to crinkle it (plus it has a pretty shine and is somewhat protected). Whew! So now I found myself two thirds of the way to 2 challenges. WT502 wanted us to include pink. I used SC330 sketch, with minor changes. Embossed the right side of the pink panel with CB/Border Dots. Matted (SB/Card Creator rectangles) and assembled, adding MB/Butterfly, and IO/Greetings Set, and Pearls.

Absolutely beautiful! Your black, white, and pink colour scheme seems made for that stamp. What a pretty effect the tissue paper makes and thank you so much for the detailed explanation of how you made it. The partial embossing and butterfly really balance the card wonderfully. This is a lovely card!

Sorry for your troubles, Priscilla, but hey, your image looks luscious in black, and it's embossed! Black, pink and white are a gorgeous combo, and you always make lovely pink cards~

Ha, I've been there with the Versafine. To tell the truth, sometimes I've even had smudges with StazOn on tissue. I found the embossing worked ok so long as I didn't crinkle it too much - last time I tried that, some of the embossing cracked off, eek. But yours looks amazing, I'm glad it worked out so well for you. What a stunning looking card, too.

This is beautiful...it caught my eye right away in the gallery. I love the color comb on this and your image is so pretty. I didn't have any problem with my tissue and Versafine..I did dry it with my heat gun...perhaps my tissue was not coated??? It was some white cheapo kind..anyway, I love how your card turned out.
