Currently I haven't gotten any of the dies from Stampin Up! So I used what I already had. Which is Oval Spellbinder dies. (I know with your creative minds, You'll be able to sub, for SU dies.)
The layout is pretty simple. (as I am not a scrapper)
2 different ovals with scalloped ovals, Flower, in the center, Washi Tape on the corners. and a piece of paper from the Moonlight DSP, torn and attached with Washi tape. I left it blank, As I might use it for something later.

Pretty! Before I realized that was dsp backing the ovals I'd thought it was a die-cut with holes in the design vs. paper polka dots... Step back! Funny! Nice work.

The ovals were cut out to look like frames. I used a Oval and Scalloped Oval to create the look and then backed with What cardstock using the Oval cut out. ;)
