I didn't have silver or gold ink refills so I tried pushing the point of the silver marker into different spots on the cotton ball with alcohol and it worked beautifully to add silver to the card stock. Then I added drops of turquoise, cabana and pool party and dabbed all over the card. Lastly I stamped with black Stazon ink for the silhouette look. It's been a long time since I've done this technique, thanks for the challenge!

Good thinking with the silver marker, Sue. We make do with what we have!!! And your black flower and butterfly really look nice against the blue polished stone!

Clever you... thinking of using a marker! I wanted to do polished stone myself, but I don't have any metalic re-inks either. Never thought of the markers I have!!! This is beautiful and such pretty colors.
