Hello everyone,
Well, first thin I did was turn the sketch upside down (worked better for the tree, Hee). I put the leaf "class-a-peels" (copper) on double sided sticky sheet (made by the Score Tape people). I stuck the other side to white cardstock. I then used the Micro Fine Transparent glitter from Elizabeth Craft, burnished it and wiped away the excess. I Used pens to color the glittered leaves. This Micro Fine glitter does NOT come up AT ALL. I cut the leaves out and stuck them to my die cut border. On the bg. I used a stencil to give it a little "something" then embossed Give Thanks in copper and colored in with orange, then I put Wink of Stella on the letters. The tree is a die cut from Memory Box, done in copper then I put some Stickles on it. I wanted to balance out the sparkle (or else I just want more sparkle...Heehee!). So I decided to then put a small bow on the trunk of the tree and if I had been thinking, I would have made it yellow! (For the song). It has matting of copper and an orange base the same as the border.
Thanks for looking!

Gorgeous fall card, Robin! Where do I begin ... love the reversed sketch, the sparkle and shimmer, the warm fall colors, the subtle texture on the background ... that's about everything! LOL!

Beautiful card Robin..... Since fall is my favorite time of year... You know I love the colors. I've watched a video about the micro fine glitter and coloring it, it is hard to believe it doesn't come off. How cool is that though..... love how your leaves turned out.... I might just have to give this a try one day, I can't resist a little extra sparkle either...
