Hi fellow Teapotters! I am sooo glad to be back after being absent for 2+ months. This is my "summer fun" Tickle card. It brings back many wonderful memories of times spent at the Pacific ocean on the OR coastline.
I created the bkgrd by inking my IO stamp w/blues and browns. I lightly misted it and stamped it on my card front. After it dried I added the black border and stenciled the sun. I then positioned my die cuts. They were pale so I enhanced them with SU markers and Wink of Stella glitter. I added some blue, turquoise and silver sequins for a little more sparkle. Finished the inside w/a pc of SU bashful blue cardstock and a couple more die cuts.
I'm also adding this to the WT dots challenge gallery.
THANK YOU for looking!

Wow. This is awesome. I love it all. The colors are gorgeous and even the softness gives the underwater look. Everything is VERY nicely colored. WOW again.

Lovely to see you back at the party, Gabby. LOL because I too used that stamp for dots - it certainly fits the bill and I thought of you when I was using mine. With the wonderful shell collection, the warm sun and the turtle this reminds me of one of our Greek holidays on an island where the turtles breed. And the sequins are a perfect embellishment.
