This is for Lee Ann's Dare to get Dirty challenge today! The old jalopy was embossed with the riveted embossing folder, paper pieced and smeared with black paint. The black was then wiped off and I added some bronze to it and wiped some off again. Then I sparingly added Inka Gold copper for a rust color. The background is a gelli print. Thanks for looking!

YIKES! This is just so super cool! Love your old vehicle and the gears are such a perfect addition. The paint smearing and wiping leaves such an awesome effect - gives it that real vintage appeal. Pinned and fav'd!

Missed this last week working with just one eye, but HAD to come back to comment!! The metallic work really looks fantastic and love the gelli plate BG with the gears - great steampunk look that will make any guy happy to receive this beauty!!

This is one of the few cards I actually SAW during DTGD, but I didn't take the time (or have the energy) to comment on it then. This is fabulous! The Gelli bg is awesome (I still wish we could have a play date) and the jalopy is... is... Words escape me! Unless I repeat myself!
