This card was lingering on my desk, begging to be finished. I was finally inspired to do so with the challenge to use a button - the Way to Use It challenge WT471 - Button It Up - (3/20/14).
Most of the elements for this card were discards that were left on my table from earlier projects. The square kraft frame spent a couple of days in my stamp room garbage before being rescued and put to use here. The tiny bunny is a new punch from EK Success, it was part of a two punch pack that included an egg. Unfortunately, the egg punch was too large to use here so I used the tiny egg die that is part of Taylored Expressions Bless This Nest die set.
One thing that I tried on this card that was new to me was to use Glossy Accents to adhere the die cuts. This was a tip that Jennifer McQuire had in a video; she said Glossy Accents provides very strong adhesion and works very well with little die cuts. Skinny frames like the one I used on this card are really challenging to get to stick to a card base, especially when the card base has texture. Glossy Accents worked like a dream! I also used it to adhere the tiny button which had the thread tie on the underside. Perfect results with that, too. I was SO pleased to discover Jennifer's tip. If I can figure out how to come back and link to it, I will!
Thanks for popping by to look at my bunnies hiding eggs!

Thanks for passing along the tip....I hate it when I can't get things to stick to a textured base! Love your button enhanced banner for your sweet scene!

This is so sweet , a really lovely CAS card, Susy. I'm glad the button challenge helped you finish it off. Those little rabbits are just cute. I've used Glossy Accents for sticking buttons, especially those teeny tiny ones - never thought to try it for those more detailed dies.
I love your photo staging too!!!
