This is for the IC431 - find inspiration from Audrie's Rain Pinterest Board. My inspiration was this pin. The little girl in this picture reminded me an old stamp from Amuse - Seattle Girl. It took me about 2.5 hrs to mask and ink the top part of the card. I stamped the girl with Antique Linen Distress ink so I could do "no line" coloring. The "rain drops" are little confetti images from Winnie & Walter's Big Bang Confetti set.

I loved that inspiration piece with the strips of colour for rain, and you have captured it to perfection here, Harriet. 2 1/2 hours masking I can believe, but gosh, it's fabulous. You had the perfect little girl stamp, too.

What an amazing take on your inspiration piece! I love the look of the sky/falling rain. I see many other uses for that technique though the thought of 2.5 hrs masking time is scary! :-) Wonderful card!
