Our Neighbor will be 51 on thursday, and I have been absolutely blank on what do to for a card for him, so yesterday I decided to open that pack of chalkboard paper I bought at M's a week or so ago. ( and it has a funky texture to it so I ran my fingers all over it. ) (don't do that the embossing powder sticks wherever you touch) and it has a funky smell when you heat emboss it too. but, other than that the paper is OK. the stamps on the side are stamped on inside. the thought was if 50 is a hill than 51 should be over it right? maybe he will laugh. tfl.

What an adorable card! You know, when I was younger, we always talked about 30 being "Over the hill". You just jiggled the laugh muscles in me and your neighbor will surely get a chuckle out of this card. Thanks for sharing!

Masculine and "over the hill" is one tough challenge and you succeeded! I think this is perfect for him! Love the die cut, double layered window and that wonderful, white textured paper!
