Fringe & Banner Mega Bottle Cap

 Creative Crew challege: CCREW0314SF = Show us something you love on a scrapbook page, This n That or 3D project!

I've had this huge "bottle cap" amongst my alterables for a long time. This challenge prompted me to turn it into a bit of wall decor, filled with a fringed flower & a little banner from the Sale-A-Bration Banner Blast & Banner punch.
