Today's WT, Remember Your Anniversay, was perfect. As I turn the calendar page we are headding fast into March. DH & I will celebrate 43 years on March 20, the first day of Spring. Now as I remember 43 years ago, we had a blizzard!! It was the beginning of Spring break at Akron U & the whole week before was just beautiful. That Sat morning we woke to snow & it snowed the entire day. Unfortunately, with the way the weather is going this year, it will probably be snowing.
I had this heart on my desk left over from Valentine card making. I glued it onto the calendar square & wrote 43 on it. I used Stamps for Life & was abe to shape it to follow the line of the nestie. Of course this will go to DH.
Thanks for letting me chat about our special day and
for stopping by.

Karen, congratulations on 43 years! A sweet CAS card to mark the anniversary. Love the heart glued to "your date". Let's hope it is a snowless one this year. : )

Love the wonky squares, Karen! Perfect first day of spring reminder! Congrats to you and hubby~ My parent's anniversary is the first day of summer, also my DH and I had our first date on that day when my parents were married 20 years. We will celebrate our 40th in October....so hard to believe!
