What a great Fan Club challenge - Dirty Deeds Done Cheap. I used a panel from a cardboard box, tore a bit of the front paper off then sprayed it with some distress ink refill and water.
I swished a distress ink pad over the whole lot, gave it another spritz and left it to dry. The orange spotty cardboard is a coffee pod box. I peeled a little of the top coat away so I could stamp the words.
The little cogs/metal washer thingies fell out of DH's pocket when I was doing the washing...that automatically makes them mine (doesn't it?) The raffia was taken from a little bag of shortbreads.
All of this was then mounted on black card stock that had a big blob of paint on it. I had heaps of fun making this. Thanks for looking.

Terrific card, Susie! You know Umbrella Man is my FAVORITE TH die and he looks FAB on this card! Love the recycled cardboard/metal, distressing/inking, great orange/brown paper. Nice work! I've never played in the fan club challenges, looks fun.
Wow!!!! This is awesome! I can never seem to "collect" my husband's treasures and you would think he would have some for me since he is an aircraft tech! I love your Dirt Cheap deeds! So creative with the coffee box and tearing part away to stamp the sentiment! Great card!

This is such an incredible masculine card! You have an amazing imagination. I just love everything about it. The corrugated cardboard is just pure genius!
