Have a Shiny New Year!

This month's challenge is to use the new gold (or silver) foil vellum from Stampin' Up to create a card. I used a card layout that I've seen on a couple of sites (don't remember which ones) and cut banners out of the glitter paper, gold foil and two pieces of whisper white I covered with washi tape from the new Occasions catalog.

I think it makes a festive-looking New Year's card.
