I needed a 50th Anniversary card for tomorrow and when I saw THIS beautiful card in Kristine's gallery it inspired me. The couple celebrating are old friends of my husband's, and they were married in Canada 50 years ago - the flowers were all done in autumn colours - strictly speaking, the leaves should be autumn colours on this creation, but I found that the contrast of a bit of green was needed. Most of the die cuts have been lightly sponged with ink for a bit more definition.
Eeek! Speaking of ink, I just saw a green smudge! Usually it's a cover up job but not sure I can pull that off on this one...maybe they'll open it without their glasses on!

Bridget, this card is gorgeous! I love the way you CASEd Kristine's beautiful card and added to it. Love the die cut flowers, leaves and bird. I love the polka dot paper behind the heart and love all the pearls. I don't see a smudge, but if there is one there, maybe you could add a few more pearls?
