Merry Monday's weekly challenge is to use Santa. When I worked as a librarian, I would sometimes check discarded damaged books for useful paper, images, etc. that I could use - and that's where my fabulous background paper of vintage Santas came from.
I wanted my fabulous sentiment stamp to take centre stage - I just love what it says about believing in Santa and other Christmas things. I stamped it in red and heat embossed it, then cut it out with a frame-lit die and popped it up on dimensionals, punched some holly leaves to fill the very empty lower corner to give some balance and interest, and finished with red gemstones.
It's also for the November SCS Christmas Card Challenge to use up scraps.

Oh, well, I still believe in Santa too! And I believe this is just the sweetest little poem ever, and how clever of you to recycle these papers! Wonderful! Thanks so much for sharing this with us at the Merry Monday challenge this week!

Great card - love the sentiment. I stand in line with my boys waiting for our turn to see Santa and when I hear the bell for our turn, I defy anyone not to believe!
