Fussy cut Kitty and wrapped "light string" around him; For the light string, I sponged white twine with Garden Green ink, punched the flame from Cupcake punch in different colors, then glued on the lights.

hahahaha...what a cute card. Nothing like a mischievous cat getting into trouble to make one smile. Very clever design with the twine and tiny punched lights. Great job.
