I made this card last night for our new neighbors, it came together pretty quick. The bit of ribbon is from a Victoria's Secret bag and the 'dew drop' I made using hot glue.

Such a nice card for your new neighbor. Great job on recycling that pretty ribbon. I'm sure your neighbor liked your card very much...such a neighborly thing to do! =)
