Absolutely have it matted and framed for you MIL. It's wayyy to grand to just put in an envelope. Make sure the frame has a stand on the back. She can put it on the mantel or table top each year for display. Just gorgeous. How many hours did it take to create this ? IO designs dies with you in mind !
