I have always wanted to do a His & Hers towel card. So when I saw this lovely card featured in the Tina (Garden Diva), Queen for the Day's gallery: For Kolbie by GardenDiva at Splitcoaststampers I knew today was it! I changed the card from an easel card to a regular card, and kept the background simpler.
I stamped Mr & Mrs, then dry embossed the 'towels'. Added the washi tape. For a realistic look, I used foam tape under each towel and in between the fold. The towel rail is a strip of card with brads in each end.
Pinstripe EF for the background cream card. I think it makes a really neat anniversary card. I want to do another one now. Thanks Tina for your inspiration.

Oh Cindy I love your CASE of my card. The texture on the towels is perfect!!! The strips on the base looks like bead board walls. Totally awesome... Thanks for playing in my challenge.
