This week's Merry Monday Challenge is to use kraft, red, and green and either ribbon or twine. I have the perfect dp for this challenge - it's in those exact colours and even looks like it has loops of ribbon along the bottom edge. I layered it on a kraft cardbase, ran a piece of real ribbon across the middle, and topped it with my image / sentiment panel which works perfectly with the dp. I added little round shiny stickers to the holly that is part of my stamp - they mirror the shiny holly berries on the dp. And layered the panel on shiny red cs to tie it all together. I went over the snowflakes in the image with a Stardust pen and used metallic coloured pencils to colour the leaves.
It's also for the SCS Christmas Card Challenge.

What perfect paper, Susan! I was sitting here wondering how you did that scallop before I read that it was part of the paper! How nice! Love the holly stamping! Your coloring is perfect and just the right amount of sparkle with those stickers! I'm so glad to see you back at Merry Monday!
Such a pretty card, Susan! I love your background paper and it's perfect for the challenge! The red rhinestones you added to your sentiment are the perfect complement to the paper! Super job with the challenge!
