I made this card, for today's Flower Trivia,WT434, challenge. We were to do a card, to represent our state flower. Mine is the Rhododendron. All my cs, is from a local craft store. I used my crackle ef from Darice, on my flower after it was colored, I ran it through my cuttlebug. I colored with watercolor pencils. I printed my flower image, off the internet. I made the lace, with my Martha Stewart lace punch. I also used my fancy frames Spellbinders, to cut my sentiment tag. I traced around the lace, with white stickles, and added a few white pearls for a little sparkle.

Gosh, using the crackle ef has added wonderful texture to this. I was looking at it wondering if you'd stamped it on tissue, till I read on. I think I'll have to check out that folder next time I'm putting a shopping basket together - been on a craft diet for the last couple of months.
Beautiful rhododendrons, too.

Marg this is so PRETTY! I knew right away what your flower was ...we had a rhododendron in our yard because my dad was from WV. You really added some wonderful texture to your flowers, the coloring is fabulous, and your frilly and feminine bg is gorgeous!
