Linda (Holstein) thought of a great challenge today..to showcase your state's (province, country) flower. I knew what Minnesota's state flower was , the Lady Slipper, but locating a stamp of that flower was another story. Though I have a large catalog of stamps I didn't have that one. I did what any resourceful person would do..check Google image! The pink and white part is supposedly the slipper although I think it might look more like a bootie or moccasin. I guess that wouldn't sound right...hmmm

When all else fails check Google...Right? I'm sure glad you found this image of the Lady Slipper. It's beautiful. Thanks for playing, and now I know Minnesota's state flower. Happy 4th.

This is really lovely! Your two EFs are perfect together, and I love the pale pink against the darker one. Nice layering of the two, and great framing of this image! That green border is a perfect pull-together.

What a fabulous card, Polly!!! Your embossing sets off your awesome coloring on that beautiful flower. I also had to go to clipart! How can we have so many stamps and not have the one we need!!!

Isn't the internet a wonderful place!! I love all the pink you used as a bg for that lovely flower! It's illegal to pick them here!
