I used a sheet of dp from my Madeline pad. It has the musical score on it. I then took the butterflies and music from a stamp and embossed it. The fruit was from the Le Jardin Botanique set.

Well done you for remembering I'd already made an anniversary card (and I even managed to find it on Tuesday night, LOL). This is really lovely - the DP looks great and using the teal for stamping the extra music makes it all look so much of a piece, an organic whole.
