What an interesting site Steph! When I went to the neon collection and saw the big,bold polka dots of this skirt, I knew exactly which paper to break out and the card fell into place from there. The background paper is actually from a package of cards I bought at Michael's in the dollar bins several years ago! The super cutie is a digital image from The Doodle Garden's etsy shop. I printed him on white cardstock and colored him with my Copics.

Lots of fun elements in your card. At first I wondered what that little guy had to do with prom dresses. Then I followed the link to Windsors polka dot skirt. Clever inspiration!
