Today's WT is all about the fruit and the veg! As I discovered earlier in the week when I was making my TPT card I have very few vegetable stamps but fruit is quite well represented in my collection.
A2 card.
The base layer is Acrylic Distress with bronze acrylic, a houndstooth ef and sponging with green and brown. The edges were stitched with black.
Pear stamped on white card and masked, then I stamped the HA script. Pear coloured with Couleur d'Art pencils, background sponged in with Distress inks. I added a corner from LOTV's Grunge Corners.
For Lydia's MIX 9 I have another bird and some leaves cut from a tomato paste tube, and a flower made from lace and black ribbon. The bird is embossed with a music ef and then has verdigris ep. I thought it needed grounding, so I added a scrap of diecut grass that was on the desk.

Oh my gosh.....this was well worth the wait (my computer is having a slow hissy fit tonight). I have saved this amazing card to My Favs. I don't know where to look first. I didn't think I would ever have to add a tube of tomato paste to my "must have" craft list. LOL. My day is ending as yours is starting, have a lovely one Sabrina.

Sabrina, this card is so fabulous! You are really ramping up your mixed media talents! I love the metallic bird.....so great with the music score embossing. That marvellous acrylic distress layer with the stitching is a wonderful frame! I love the collage main panel and the gorgeous corner leaves/flower posy!
