Ooh, I love this old fashioned balloon...and so will Bill! You always bring the right thing to the teaparty and then send it off to lift a spirit....what better way to do that than a hot air balloon! Love it Jillobyn!

So neat...love the textured look bg and how that die-cut works so well for your balloon and how it holds the rhinestones...its always a good thing when there is a perfect place for ..." bling "...yah....TFS.
