I needed to make a Wedding Shower card for my oldest DD's first Wedding Shower. I used The Case Study Blog Muse Teri Anderson as my inspiration as well as the current Squigglefly challenge which is to use ribbon but no bows (Ways with Ribbon SFC0913).
I used the Love Text by Roann Mathias (available at Squigglefly for under $1 and right now everything is 15% during March if you type in "Spring15" for the discount code), some chipboard birds I got at a recent scrapbook retreat, some scraps of ribbon and a whole lot of MS hydrengea pieces, glue, and Stickles.

Wow, Nancy, this is drop dead gorgeous! I can only imagine how your DD felt when she saw all the love your poured into this one - bet she wants to include it in her scrapbook - the lovebirds and the LOVE DP and heart make it perfect to add to a page of the wedding pictures!
